Beef Stew

Serves 6-8

Ingredients

  • 2-4 pounds beef chuck stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • Kosher salt and pepper
  • 3 cupes beef broth
  • 1 tablespooon Worchestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 6 small potatoes, quartered
  • 2-3 oninos, chopped
  • 3 celery stalks, sliced

Cooking

  • sprinkle flour, salt and pepper over meat. place meat in crockpot
  • add remaining ingredients and stir well
  • cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 5-6 hours or until meat is tender. stir thoroughly before serving
