Egg Muffins

Ingredients

  • sausage (or other meat of choosing)
  • eggs (varies depending on number of muffins made)
  • optional: peppers, onions, tomatoes, cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 F
  • Cook sausage, peppers and other fillers
  • Grease muffin pan
  • Wisk and season eggs in a bowl.
  • Fill each muffin cup about 1/3 to 1/2 way with eggs
  • Add fillers and top with cheese
  • Place in oven for about 10 minutes. Eggs should be fully solid and have some crispyness around the edges
  • Cool and serve
