Egg Muffins
Ingredients
- sausage (or other meat of choosing)
- eggs (varies depending on number of muffins made)
- optional: peppers, onions, tomatoes, cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 F
- Cook sausage, peppers and other fillers
- Grease muffin pan
- Wisk and season eggs in a bowl.
- Fill each muffin cup about 1/3 to 1/2 way with eggs
- Add fillers and top with cheese
- Place in oven for about 10 minutes. Eggs should be fully solid and have some crispyness around the edges
- Cool and serve
